You’ll join a group of skilled professionals, who ensure the highest possible standards are maintained, whilst dealing with tickets promptly and effectively. Essential:

• Previous experience providing technical support across the Microsoft Office Tech Stack including but not limited to Email, SharePoint, Teams and Azure
• Proven Problem Solving in terms of troubleshooting
• Knowledge of Desktop Computers and Printer Support
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to work well within a team environment
• Experience working in a fast-paced environment with the ability to prioritise tasks accordingly
• Willingness to learn and a proactive approach
• Ability to recognise when it is appropriate to pass jobs on to senior members of the team

Nice to have:

• IT/Technology related degree or equivalent commercial experience
• Experience working within an MSP

You’ll become part of a friendly and supportive Networking & Security team where you’ll help deliver strategic security projects while also guiding the organisation’s security roadmap. 🔧 What You’ll Be Doing

You’ll take ownership of key cyber security initiatives—designing, implementing, and refining solutions that strengthen the organisation’s defences. You’ll be the go‑to escalation point for complex security queries and will support ongoing project delivery through tools like Azure DevOps. You’ll help shape standards, evaluate new technologies, and work closely with vendors and partners to ensure the business remains ahead of emerging risks.

In the day‑to‑day, expect to get involved in monitoring and maintaining security infrastructure, contributing to incident response, offering expert guidance, improving automation across systems, and helping steer the organisation towards continual compliance with frameworks such as ISO27001.

You’ll also play an important part in mentoring colleagues and encouraging knowledge-sharing within the team.

🧠 What You’ll Bring

Our client is looking for someone who has a genuine enthusiasm for cyber security and enjoys working with modern tools and methodologies. You’ll likely have hands‑on experience with security infrastructure, strong communication skills, and confidence explaining technical concepts in a clear, pragmatic way. An interest in Agile/Scrum ways of working and experience with Microsoft technologies will be especially valuable.

A degree in IT or equivalent practical experience is welcome, and certifications such as Microsoft Security, CEH, Security+, OSCP, or Checkpoint are a bonus, but not a requirement.

The Role:

You’ll take ownership of the organisation’s Learning Management System, acting as the super user and single point of contact. Key responsibilities include:

• Managing and updating mandatory learning across Regulatory, Compliance and Legal areas in a highly regulated environment.
• Designing, testing, delivering and refreshing engaging eLearning modules in collaboration with SMEs, using Articulate Rise and Storyline.
• Supporting HR with creative content for leadership development, personal growth and people management programmes.
• Contributing to L&D modules for consulting services in the financial sector.

What We’re Looking For:

• Proven end-to-end LMS management experience.
• Extensive experience with Articulate Rise and Storyline.
• Strong reporting skills, ideally using Power BI.
• Creative flair for developing engaging content; experience with gamification or AI in L&D is highly desirable.
