In line with the new GDPR regulations coming in to force in May 2018, we’ve launched our new interactive candidate database!
We take your privacy seriously and can guarantee that your personal data will never be shared with a 3rd party without first gaining your express consent, unless we are legally obliged to do so.
This is how we process your CV and personal data (any identifiable data on any person).
When we receive a CV that we feel matches the type of roles we recruit, your data will be loaded on to our new interactive CRM system, which has encrypted servers based here in the UK.
If you apply through our website, part of the application process will be agreeing to our Candidate Data Agreement, so your data will be processed on to our system. If you apply through an external job-board or if we download your CV from one of the online CV databases that we have access to, we will notify you via email that we have obtained your personal data. At this point you will have full access to our system that puts you in control of what happens with your data and how we interact with you.
As we place a large percentage of our active roles with people directly from our own database, we’d hope that you’ll want to keep in touch and stay connected! However, at any point in time if you want to delete your personal data, you can simply login and remove your account form our CRM system.
We will hold your data on file for a period of 5 years (unless we place you in a role, then we will retain your data for up to 7 years). At the end of this period, if we have not had any interaction with you, we will delete all your personal data.
