We are seeking a talented Lead .NET Developer to join our client's innovative team in either Edinburgh or Glasgow on a permanent basis. As a key member of a cross-functional Agile team, you will collaborate on various software projects within the finance domain. This role offers the opportunity to contribute to both greenfield projects and enhancements to existing software platforms.
Key Responsibilities:
- Utilize your expertise in the Microsoft Development stack, including .NET, C#, and Azure DevOps.
- Develop thoughtful designs and actively participate in the entire Software Development Lifecycle.
- Share knowledge and mentor Junior Developers to foster technical growth within the team.
- Engage in effective communication and contribute to project planning, specifications, and estimations.
Requirements:
- Proven experience with the Microsoft Development stack.
- Strong design skills and familiarity with the full Software Development Lifecycle.
- Ability to support and encourage technical growth within the team.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Participation in project planning and estimation discussions.

This will be a 3-stage interview process, the successful candidate will be invited to an initial call to find out more about the role and company. The 2nd stage would include a take-home technical assessment and the final stage will comprise of a technical discussion and competency-based questions.
