Evolve-IT are delighted to bring to market a ServiceNow Administrator position for our well-established Edinburgh based Asset Management firm who are going through extensive growth plans. The successful candidate will work closely with the ServiceNow Senior Administrator on a mature ITSM platform, that is always improving and growing to match business needs. The role also includes providing assistance and administration functions as well as on-boarding of additional functionality. This role is office-based in our client’s Edinburgh city-centre offices and is a permanent position.

 

As ServiceNow Administrator you will have a broad range of duties and responsibilities including:

 

•             Oversee the test and development conditions, while allowing configurations to be appropriately developed, tested and progressed to production

•             You will support the development and configuration of the Service Now Application and web portal.

•             You will act as the first point of contact for all ServiceNow queries and support requests.

•             You will be an expert on how ServiceNow applications are connected and the impacts of any changes or updates.

•             During project implementations you will act as a crucial member of staff

•             Construct, modify and improve where needed ServiceNow

•             Design solutions while working closely with the ServiceNow team

•             Network with Third Party support

•             Responsible for deciphering any issues with configuration

•             You will work closely with internal stakeholders to further develop application coverage in ServiceNow.

•             You will work alongside the senior ServiceNow administrator guaranteeing structures and standards currently in place are main

 

Skills, Qualifications and Other Requirements:

 

•             You will have previous ServiceNow Admin experience, gained within a similar role.

•             Great understanding of ITSM modules with an capability to generate and develop reporting and MI from the ServiceNow system, with knowledge in ITAM/ITOM and HR being advantageous for the role.

•             You will have excellent communication skills, with the capability to effortlessly relay complex solutions to both technical and non-technical staff.

•             ServiceNow - Admin Certified to the current version of ServiceNow (SanDiego) - (Highly desirable)
