Evolve IT are working with a leading global provider of technology to the energy and security industry, who are looking for a Service Desk Engineer to join their team. This role will be office based within the client’s office based in Aberdeen. This is a truly exciting opportunity for a Service Desk Engineer who is looking to join a successful organisation and become part of a growing business.

As a Service Desk Engineer, you will be dedicated to supporting and adding value through excellent service to the business’s client. Serving as the first point of contact for all IT issues and guaranteeing that queries are handled through to completion.

Responsibilities:

  • You will work on our clients Aberdeen site and enhance customer experience in the UK by providing exceptional service and adding value.
  • You will be first point of contact for all IT concerns, your role is to ensure prompt and thorough resolution of customer inquiries and maximize efficiency.

Skills, Qualifications and Other Requirements:

  • You will ideally have 1-2 years of experience in a ServiceDesk or Desktop Environment
  • Accurate information recording capability
  • Enthusiasm for IT technologies with Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
  • Familiarity with Service Desk operations and Service-Now (ITSM tool)
  • Commitment to delivering top-notch quality and customer experience and have the capability to handle multiple tasks at once.
  • Team player attitude with a dedication to knowledge sharing and skill enhancement.

In return our client will offer a fantastic annual salary of £25,000 depending on skills and experience.
