- Design, develop, and maintain automated test scripts using Selenium to improve testing efficiency and coverage.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand requirements and define automation strategies.
- Execute automated tests and analyse results to identify defects or issues.
- Contribute to continuous improvement of testing frameworks, tools, and practices.
- Provide mentorship and guidance to junior team members, fostering a collaborative learning environment.
- Participate in sprint planning and review to align testing efforts with project timelines and milestones.
- Proven experience in Selenium automation testing within a financial services environment.
- Strong background as a Senior Test Analyst or equivalent, with an understanding of test lifecycle and methodologies.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team, demonstrating a proactive approach.
- Good understanding of Agile methodologies and test management tools.
- Strong communication skills, capable of explaining technical concepts clearly to diverse audiences.
This opportunity offers a competitive salary of c£55,000, complemented by a pension scheme, guaranteed bonus, and a range of additional benefits.
