Introduction
Our client, one of the UK’s leading actuarial and consulting firms, is looking for an enthusiastic senior developer on a permanent basis in London to play a key role in the design and implementation of their products.
About the Role
The successful senior developer will join a passionate and cutting-edge team who employ an agile approach to their work with access to the most advanced Microsoft product technology solutions including Azure. The role itself offers a fantastic opportunity to maintain hands-on involvement as well as playing a pivotal role in architectural and technical design decisions.
You will be a confident developer who can take a logical and analytical approach to develop digital solutions for a wide range of problems. You must be able to use .NET and Azure to design systems to produce clear and understandable solutions as well as assessing barriers and trade-offs in the delivery of such systems.
About You
The successful senior developer will have the following technical skills and experience:
- A proven track record with architectural design, technical design, and the .NET technology stack across the entire Software Development Lifecycle.
- Experience with Microsoft Azure is desirable.
- Skills in RabbitMQ, Core and Restful would be an advantage.
- A genuine passion for technology.
- Comfortable in project management and team leadership.
