Our client, who provides one of the best working environments and cultures in Edinburgh is currently seeking a Contract Programme Manager to join their technology department, running 2 critical enterprise level projects in the data space.
The Role:
In this role, you will provide strategic direction and oversight of 2 large scale, high-profile and key technology projects:
- The creation of a strategic data platform
- A client reporting data delivery project.
Working across this highly professional organisation, you’ll be tasked with leading the delivery of these projects, with will ultimately ensure improved reporting of data and processes across a number of their core lines of business.
You’ll be working in an Agile/Scrum based environment, so prior experience delivering projects using this methodology is a must. You will work on a range of projects through the end to end software development lifecycle.
The Skills:
As this contact is running data driven projects, I’m looking for Programme Managers with an extensive knowledge and background working in data driven rolls. You’ll need a strong technical understanding of data warehousing and ideally have worked in both Oracle and Microsoft environments.
Additional information:
IR35 status determination sits with the Ltd company. While this will be an initial 3mth contract, I would expect that for the right person, who brings the right skills, there is potential for a long term engagement.
