Our client, who provides an award-winning culture and environment, is looking for a Software Developer to join a centralised team supporting the wider company. This is a permanent role, with the option to be based in the Edinburgh or Glasgow office. This is a fantastic chance to work alongside experienced senior Software Developers, you will have the chance to learn and broaden your skills.

The successful Software Developer will join an expert team, that supports the wider company with all aspects of security, working closely with internal stakeholders. You will have the opportunity to broaden your experience in the Security space, working on a range of interesting projects and cutting-edge modern technologies. 

You will be in an environment which will support and enable your growth and development. With frequent get-togethers with the wider Development team to share your love of Software Development. 

The successful Software Developer will have the following technical skills and experience: 

  • A proven track record working with the Microsoft Development stack, including .NET and C#
  • Hands-on experience with JavaScript Frameworks, including Angular, React.js 
  • Experience working with Azure Cloud, including CI/CD, Git and Azure DevOps 
  • Test-driven development 
  • SQL and Database experience
  • Great communication skills

This will be a 3-stage interview process, the successful candidate will be invited to an initial call to find out more about the role and company. The 2nd stage would include a take-home technical assessment and the final stage will comprise of a technical discussion and competency-based questions.
