We at Evolve IT are excited to collaborate with a financial services client who is expanding, and we are recruiting a seasoned .NET Developer to join their innovative team in Edinburgh/Glasgow on a permanent basis. The company is determined to provide innovative technical solutions that effectively support their clients' employees.
The successful Software Developer will join a cross-functional Agile team, working across a range of software projects in the finance space. You will be part of a team driven to provide market-leading technical solutions to their customers and clients. With an exciting technical road map, you will have the chance to work on a range of projects, including innovative greenfield sites and adding functionality to existing software platforms.
You will be given the opportunity to share your knowledge and experience with the wider Development Team. As well as frequent get-togethers with the wider Development team to share your love of Software Development.
The successful Software Developer will have the following technical skills and experience:
- A proven track record working with the Microsoft Development stack, including .NET and C#
- Experience working with Azure Cloud, including CI/CD, Git and Azure DevOps
- Test-driven development
- SQL and Database experience
- Great communication skills
- The ability to take ownership and work autonomously.

This will be a 3-stage interview process, the successful candidate will be invited to an initial call to find out more about the role and company. The 2nd stage would include a take-home technical assessment and the final stage will comprise of a technical discussion and competency-based questions.
