Evolve IT are delighted to be working with a fantastic UK wide business, who are now looking to add a Technical Analyst to their team in Glenrothes with a hybrid working model.
This is a chance for a dynamic and professional individual to join the team and take charge of ensuring the seamless operation of the company's IT systems and e-commerce website functionality and having the opportunity to lead the implementation of new programs to enhance business efficiency and customer experience.
Responsibilities:
- Direct project management for new implementations and improvements to the existing operating systems.
- You will achieve the operational goals of the company's IT infrastructure, which include the ERP system and the e-commerce website.
- Achieve targets in business performance, encompassing delivery and customer service standards, along with operational costs.
- You will oversee the functionality of the business’s customer E-commerce portal and manage enhancements to enhance the user experience.

Skills, Qualifications and Other Requirements:
- You will be a self-starter, a great communicator and have the ability to collaborate with both stakeholders and staff members.
- You will be capable of working company systems while actively seeking opportunities for enhancements, communicating them with the line manager, and executing agreed-upon improvements.
- You will have prior experience with software operating systems. Proficiency in SQL and Linux server is advantageous.
- You will be proficient with MS Excel and managing data.
- A good analytical and critical thinker.
