Evolve-IT are delighted to bring to market a1st Line IT Support roles based in Edinburgh. You will play a key role providing remote and onsite IT support including hardware troubleshooting for a diverse range of clients. You will diagnose and resolve IT-related issues, ensuring clients receive the best service possible.
Our client is a well-established Managed Service Provider who are renowned for growing and developing team members. This is a company where your IT skills can develop and flourish. You will be part of collaborative and dynamic team who deliver quality service to their clients.
Key responsibilities:
- Working alongside the Service Desk Manager, providing 1st line support and escalating to 2nd and 3rd line where appropriate.
- Supporting clients through the support desk, via phone calls and online chats
- Entering and resolving technical tickets in a timely and professional manner
- Building and configuring hardware and equipment.
- Identifying and conducting preventative maintenance on client sites.
- Take pride in delivering an excellent service to clients
About you:
- Solid MS365 and Azure experience.
- Happy to work 5 days in the office, Edinburgh City.
- Excellent Customer Service Skills.
Nice to haves (not essential):
- Basic Server and Networking experience.
- Mac experience.
- CompTIA and Microsoft certifications.
