Evolve-IT is working with a Fintech client who has a Global presence and offices around the UK. They are currently looking to add a Cyber Security Business Analyst to their team, who will provide excellent analysis and deliver skills to ensure multiple complex and critical security projects are deployed successfully. This role will be on a permanent, full-time basis and will require 3 in office days a week.
The successful Cyber Security Business Analyst will be someone with strong analytical skills. You will provide early stage and full lifecycle consultancy for single large-scale projects and multiple smaller projects in order to establish feasibility, combat risks, and see them through to delivery. You will be interested in working more broadly in cyber security and eager to join a growing security function.
Your Duties and Responsibilities:
- Gathering requirements and capturing complex business processes for security projects
- Defining project scope and objectives
- Project managing security initiatives
The successful Cyber Security Business Analyst will have;
- Experience in a similar position ideally within Financial Services
- Ability to collate complex and technical data into a coherent plan
- Ability to delve into the details to find out what is required, not just what is being done now
- Should be able to convert the complex to the 'simple' being able to digest technical information and present this in a simplified and digestible way.
- Experience in creating plans, tracking, and driving delivery
- Good communication skills across varying stakeholder levels
- Exceptional organisational skills
