Evolve-IT are working with a leading medical software organisation looking for a Customer and Technical Analyst to join their team under hybrid and flexible working structure. The successful Customer and Technical Analyst will provide first line technical support to clients. You will have a passion for technology and eagerness to work with new systems to successfully analysis, diagnosis, and resolve issues. This is a great chance to delve into a busy and interesting IT Support environment.
Your Duties and Responsibilities:
- Provide product specific support systems via telephone, email, and service desk
- Conduct investigations on incidents logged to provide a positive solution
- Analyse the information to make the necessary troubleshooting decision
- Perform regression testing to ensure system any changes don’t affect the live system
- Work with Clinical Specialists to carry out root cause analysis
- Prioritise and multi-task to ensure deliverables and timescales are met
- Escalate to the correct person and team
- Action feedback and liaise with customers to conduct diagnosis and resolve issues.
The Successful Customer and Technical Analyst will have;
- Previous experience of working in a customer focused or Service desk environment
- Previous experience dealing with a range of stakeholders.
- Confidence in analysing and interpreting complex information quickly, accurately, and consistently.
- An aptitude for technology
- Strong communication skills
- Good organisational Skills
