Evolve IT Recruitment is recruiting for a Client Service Support Role in the commercial HVAC world – a client that works with a blue-chip client list across the UK (2,000+ sites) that they service from their main office in Edenbridge.
Recent growth within the business has meant they are seeking two new Client Service Support Workers with excellent experience in customer service and stakeholder engagement to join the team and contribute to their continued success.
You will play a vital role in the client’s experience with the company and will require a highly organized and detail-oriented personality to ensure that the end-to-end service processes for the company are of the highest quality. You will be responsible for handling transferring client quotes into live jobs and tracking the respective orders for said jobs, coordinating with engineers and CSM’s and ensuring timely updates to the client portals. The ideal candidate will have experience with using multiple systems at once and be able to adapt to a fast-paced, ever-changing environment with frequent and tight deadlines.

Responsibilities Include:
- Answer inbound calls and emails from clients
- Raising and scheduling jobs
- Raising purchase orders
- Ordering parts based on quote approvals
- Liaising with customers and sites on availability
- Arranging engineers and subcontractors to attend works
- Raising permits for required sites
- Checking the costings of each job before sent to invoicing
- Updating customers portals
- Monitoring each job to ensure we hit KPI’s
Skills required:
- Impeccable customer service skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Excellent organisational and time management skills
- Confidence speaking to all levels of stakeholders and clients
- Capability of working well under pressure
Salary and Benefits:
- Salary circa £30k
