Evolve-IT are delighted to bring to market 1st and 2nd Line IT Support roles based in Edinburgh, you will play a key role providing remote and onsite IT support including hardware troubleshooting for a diverse range of clients. You will diagnose and resolve IT-related issues, ensuring clients receive the best service possible.

Key responsibilities:
- Working alongside the Service Desk Manager, providing 1st / 2nd line support and escalating to 3rd line where appropriate.
- Supporting the Service Desk Manager to ensure technical documentation and SLA’s are kept up-to-date, and that processes and technical standards are documented.
- Building and configuring hardware and equipment.
- Assisting the Project and Cyber Manager and/or Service Desk Manager with site visits, client appraisal, internal and external projects and cyber security needs.
- Identifying and conducting preventative maintenance on client sites.
- Testing client monthly backups and ensuring backups are run at the end of every working day.
- Supporting and directing apprentice team members with tasks where required.
About you:
- Solid MS365 and Azure experience.
- Happy to work 5 days in the office, Edinburgh City.
- Excellent Customer Service Skills.
Nice to haves (not essential):
- Basic Server and Networking experience.
- Mac experience.
- CompTIA and Microsoft certifications.
